Our founder was at a "networking" event that felt cold, transactional, and generic. They realized that high-quality, growth-oriented individuals were lacking a third space—one that blended fitness, culture, and business development without the usual stuffiness.

This company was born from the desire to create the exact community we ourselves were desperately searching for. It was less about planning an event, and more about curating a feeling: intentional, transformative, and needed.

  • We’re a community-driven brand focused on producing immersive wellness, lifestyle, and cultural experiences in Austin. This part-time role supports vendor outreach, event execution, and administrative operations.

    Hours: 10–25 hours/month
    Pay: $18–$25/hour depending on experience
    Hybrid with occasional evening/weekend events.

  • We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage two brand accounts under the management of The John Experience, LLC. This part-time W2 role includes content creation, caption writing, analytics, trends, and on-site event support.
